GRAND GATHERING THIS SUMMER

This year Bhaktivedanta Manor will celebrate the 40^th anniversary of the installation of Their Lordships Sri Sri Radha Gokulananda on Janmasthami, which will be followed by Srila Prabhupadaâ€™s Vyasa Puja ceremony.

Independently from this, a group of Srila Prabhupadaâ€™s disciples are organizing a special gathering to be held near the Manor on the day after Vyasa Puja. Anyone formally initiated by His Divine Grace is warmly invited to participate in this transcendental event. We will be reminiscing about past events such as Srila Prabhupadaâ€™s many visits, the transit van travelling Sankirtan Parties, the Womenâ€™s SKP amazing 18 months marathon to purchase the Soho Street Temple, the famous Christmas Marathons, the first Srila Prabhupada book marathon, the uproarious kirtans and sumptuous feasting of the 70s and the testing times of the 80s and 90.

Chaitanyaâ€™s Instant Theatre will once again entertain all with music and drama. The aim of the reunion is not just random reminiscing, but a hope for revitalising and redirecting ourselves and each other to greater endeavours in the service of Srila Prabhupada.

There is no budget for this event, therefore unfortunately we will not be able to fund any travel or accommodation costs, but we can certainly help in trying to arrange accommodation within the local Vaisnava community. The venue and Prasadam have already been donated.
