\nHigh School Biology Teacher
\nRequirements for the position of high school Biology teacher:
\nProven experience of teaching high school level Biology is essential. SMIS is a Cambridge International Examinations Centre so the successful candidate should be willing to be trained in the IGCSE, AS and A level syllabus of Cambridge International Examination Board and be responsible for carrying out practical activities in the school laboratory.<\/p>\n
English Teacher
\nThe school requires an experienced English teacher who can plan , deliver lessons and assess students from Grades 7 to 12 (11 to 18 years olds). Ability to teach A-level English and Literature is essential.<\/p>\n
Middle School Science Teacher
\nThe successful candidate will have had experience teaching biology, chemistry and physics to students aged 11 to 14 years. We require a dedicated teacher who is able to motivate students to achieve their full potential. The school follows the Cambridge Checkpoint curriculum for Grades 7 to 9. <\/p>\n
Primary School Teacher<\/p>\n
Requirements for the position of Primary teacher:
\nThe successful applicant will have either a recognised teaching qualification, and\/or a proven track record of successfully teaching in schools, and have the ability to plan, deliver, assess and report student outcomes according to the U.K. curriculum. The applicant should be computer literate and have excellent English skills. Experience in teaching children who have English as an additional language is desirable. <\/p>\n
